These three tracks were born out of an interesting transitional period of my life on many fronts. I moved to a new city for my job and lost that job eventually, lived through unemployment, focusing on learning some estonian and max msp. I had to be away from my partner and saw her once every two weeks. Then things started taking shape. Visited Turkey, saw my family and friends. Started working as a sound setup tech, Mirt finished her degree and moved in with me again. Also started maybe first time regularly exercising and enjoying it, then suffered frozen shoulder syndrome and still having problems with my left arm.
I have performed some live and DJ sets as Dizlerim Küpsis during this past year. Sometimes I am not sure if this name/project still has a certain musical direction. I think I like it this way, at least for now.
This EP reflects more beat-driven, dance-enabler, toe-tapper side of DK. I am not sure if this side would show up again anytime soon, so enjoy it.
All music, mixing/mastering and video done by me.
